About

Troy graduated from Highschool, here in Las Vegas, from the Advanced Technologies Academy’s law program.  After serving a 2-year mission in Argentina, he graduated from BYU with his Bachelor’s Degree.  He went to law school here in Las Vegas, at the William S. Boyd School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. 

He began practice in a medium firm getting experience in various areas of law. In 2008, he began practicing in Bankruptcy Law, and joined David Crosby at what is now Fox, Imes & Crosby, LLC.  Mr. Fox has been practicing in Bankruptcy ever since, representing clients before the Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, and even the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.  He was also appointed to be a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in 2019. 

Mr. Fox also assists clients in Foreclosure Defense, including the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program.  He has handled various Civil Litigation matters.  And he has assisted clients through the complicated immigration process, where he focuses on family-based petitions.  He has been married for over 15 years, and has 4 amazing children. Mr. Fox is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
